Carly Hurwitz

Scheduling Coordinator

Carly joined JFS at Home in June 2024. As a scheduler, Carly provides a critical link between clients and caregivers by coordinating and maintaining up-to-date visit schedules, as well as communicating with clients and their families. Carly received her Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Florida Gulf Coast University. Prior to transitioning to the healthcare field, she worked with elementary-aged students with autism. Before joining JFS at Home, she worked with physical therapy patients scheduling clinical and home therapy appointments.
