Since 2016, Marissa has led JFS at Home with vision and dedication, guiding its growth into a trusted provider of senior care services across South Palm Beach County. Under her leadership, the organization has supported thousands of older adults and proudly serves as a corporate sponsor of Ruth & Norman Rales Jewish Family Services.

With a career spanning the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, Marissa brings deep expertise in geriatric care. Her previous roles include positions at Rales JFS, New York Health and Hospitals Corporation, Sunrise Assisted Living, and the VA New York Harbor Healthcare System—each reflecting her passion for improving the lives of seniors.

Marissa is also a leader in the broader home care community. She helped launch a national peer group for Home Care Administrators through the Network of Jewish Human Service Agencies and has presented at conferences on dementia care, home health agency development, and senior companion programs. In 2024, she joined a mission to Hogeweyk, the innovative “Dementia Village” in Amsterdam, and co-presented on person-centered dementia care at the PowerNet conference.

She holds a Master of Public Administration in Healthcare Policy and Management from NYU’s Wagner School and is deeply committed to helping seniors age with dignity and independence.
